Electricity & gas
for business
Three positions

Group-level terms for your energy purchasing.

Large companies pay less for energy. Not because they negotiate better, but because they buy larger volumes. DGfE pools the volume of many businesses through a Buying group, and passes the preferential terms on to you.

The principle Seven supply points

You do not change supplier, you change how energy is bought.

Through our buying group you gain access to tariffs that are simply not offered to individual companies on the market.

Your benefit
  • On average 20% less on your annual bill

  • Zero effort, one point of contact

Your possible saving On average 20% on your annual bill · 30,000-100,000 kWh
Price ladder · unit rate by consumption band · ct/kWh Live from your input

The four tiers are the consumption classes the calculator uses to look up its reference price. That is why the price falls as the volume rises, and why pooling works. The basis is typical industry averages (as at 2026). A conservative estimate: on average 20% on your annual bill, depending on your previous tariff and consumption. Not a cap, not a promise. Your invoice shows a price per kilowatt hour with everything included. A good half of that is grid fees, taxes and levies, and every business pays those at the same rate with every supplier. Your supplier sets the rest, and that is the only part open to negotiation. That is exactly where we work, but the figure is calculated on your entire annual bill. Not a binding offer. We calculate your actual saving free of charge from your last invoice.

Load peaks drive the demand charge, and the moment of purchase decides thousands of euros. We analyse your load profile and use preferential terms as well as possible grid-fee reductions.

Frequently asked questions Six questions

Answered briefly

What does the check cost?

The check is 100% free of charge for you. We are paid solely by the chosen supplier once a contract has been successfully arranged, you pay nothing at all for advice, comparison and switching. Even if you decide against switching, you incur no costs.

Am I tied to a contract if I upload my bill?

No. The upload is free of charge and without obligation. You receive an assessment and then decide. Only once you sign a broker's letter of authority may we negotiate actively on your behalf, and that too can be revoked in writing at any time.

How do you earn money if the check is free of charge?

We are paid by the supplier as soon as you conclude a contract through us, a commission that is standard in the industry. It is already priced into the tariff; you pay no more than you would without us, you pay less. If you do not switch, the check costs us, not you.

What happens to my data?

Your bill is used solely for the terms check, processed in line with the GDPR and not passed on to third parties (other than the supplier you actively choose). Servers in Germany. You can request deletion at any time.

We are happy with our supplier, is the check still worth it?

All the more so. Anyone who has not reviewed their terms for more than 12 months is very likely paying too much. And if not, you have it in black and white that you are well positioned.

Does this apply to electricity and gas?

Yes. We optimise both energy types, ideally bundled from a single source. You can have electricity or gas checked separately, or both together.
